Greg has been a lawyer for more over 23 years, including more than 12 at partner level, practising principally in the areas of real estate development, acquisitions and disposals. His involvement in major real estate and infrastructure projects has also given him experience in advising on certain financing, tax structuring and environmental issues.

Greg’s clients respect the way in which Greg applies his strong technical legal skills with a balanced commercial perspective, to ensure the provision of advice and solutions that are legally robust and commercially workable.

Greg graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney with a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours). After starting at a small Sydney CBD commercial firm, Greg worked at Minter Ellison and Freehills, before joining the Freehills (and then Herbert Smith Freehills) partnership. Greg also holds a Master of Laws from New York University.
